Founded in 1983, the corporation has successfully built and managed hundreds of projects throughout the Southwest. Douglas Barnhart has served as the chairman of the Federal & Heavy Division and on numerous other AGC committees, including the Corps of Engineers, Federal Acquisition Regulation, Governmental Affairs, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Ethics, Rules, Environmental Resources, Legislative and the Open Shop committees. Ted Aadland has actively participated in many AGC committees, including serving as chair of the AASHTO-AGCARTBA Joint, Rules, Highway Bridge, and Equal Business Access committees. Founded in 1969, Herzog Contracting Corp. is a general contracting firm specializing in railroad transit construction with local asphalt and concrete plant operations. Herzog operates nationwide serving government and private sector clients. Ralph Larison has been an active AGC participant, having chaired the Marine Contractors Committee and served on the Membership Administrative, Contract Documents, Contractor Relations, Rules, Legislative Action, Finance, Corps of Engineers, Union Contractors and ACEC-AGC Joint committees. He also served as president of the Beavers in 2006 and is a trustee on the Beavers' Charitable Trust. As AGC's treasurer, he is an exofficio member of all committees. |
